A practical onsite review of the security settings and habits relevant to your home or small business. We agree what to check, identify potential concerns and explain sensible next steps.
02Do I need technical knowledge?
No. We explain things in everyday language and make time for your questions. You do not need to know which settings or services to ask for.
03Can you help with just one problem?
Yes. You can ask about a specific concern, such as email protection, two-factor authentication or your backups. We can discuss a focused service.
04Is this suitable for small businesses?
Yes, including sole traders. We can review relevant devices, staff accounts, business email, backups and Wi-Fi, depending on the agreed scope and available access.
05Will I receive a report?
A professional written report is provided where your agreed assessment package includes reporting. We confirm the deliverables before work begins. The sample shows the style of information a report can contain.
06Do you need my passwords?
You enter your own passwords and sign-in codes. We agree access to devices and settings with you, and discuss changes before making them. Please do not send passwords or sensitive records in an enquiry.
07How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on what you would like reviewed and the size of your home or business setup. Get in touch, tell us a little about your situation, and we can discuss the options and provide a quote before any work begins.
