2. Agree the visit and the scope.

We discuss devices, relevant accounts, available permissions and your location. You receive a quote before work begins. Reporting and any additional assistance are confirmed as part of the agreed package.

3. Review the agreed areas.

At the onsite visit, Josh uses the assessment toolkit to guide the review and document findings. You stay in control of your accounts. Settings changes, testing or any work beyond the agreed review are discussed before proceeding.

4. Understand your priorities.

We explain what is looking good, where potential concerns were found and which actions to prioritise. If your package includes a written report, you receive clear findings and recommendations to refer to afterwards.

The review is a snapshot of the agreed areas at the time of the visit, rather than a guarantee of complete protection.

• Know which computers, accounts and files matter most.
• Have your normal devices available.
• For a business, arrange appropriate permission for the agreed review.
• Do not send passwords, security codes or sensitive records with an enquiry.
