Who to contact.

CyberSafe SW is operated by Josh, based in Bunbury, Western Australia. For a privacy question, call 0409 224 814. You can also email contact@cybersafesw.com.

Enquiries and phone calls.

You may choose to share your name, contact details, location and a description of the help you need. This information is used to respond, discuss the scope and arrange services.

The enquiry form prepares a draft in your email application, addressed to CyberSafe SW. You choose whether to send it. The website does not upload the form contents or send an email itself. “Save enquiry draft” creates a text file on your device. Telephone links open your device’s calling application. The website does not record your call.

Do not send passwords, authentication codes, financial account details or sensitive customer records in an enquiry.

Hosting and email delivery.

This website is hosted by Render. Business email uses Microsoft 365 through GoDaddy. Email links open your chosen email application; your email provider and our mailbox provider process messages you send. These services may process information outside Australia. The prepared server-side Resend integration is not enabled.

The website does not maintain an enquiry database. Enquiries you send are stored in the business mailbox and handled to respond to your request. Hosting and email providers may retain operational records under their own arrangements.

Analytics and cookies.

No analytics measurement ID is currently configured, so this website loads no analytics service. If Google Analytics is enabled later, it will load only after you choose “Allow analytics”. Page interactions and a successful enquiry may be counted, but names, email addresses, phone numbers and message contents are not passed to analytics by our event code.

Your cookie choice is stored in your browser. You can change it using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Declining analytics leaves the site usable. A deployed analytics service may use cookies and process data outside Australia; this notice must be reviewed before activation.

Assessment information.

An onsite assessment may involve observing settings and recording agreed findings. Scope, permissions, the handling of evidence and delivery of any report are discussed before work begins. The website’s sample report uses entirely fictional information.

Retention, access and corrections.

Contact Josh if you would like to ask about information you have shared, request a correction or raise a privacy concern. Retention periods, assessment evidence handling and the final business privacy contact require owner confirmation before launch. This policy does not assert that those arrangements have already been finalised.
