Know where you stand.
Know what comes next.
A practical onsite Cyber Security Check-Up for homes and small businesses in Bunbury and South West WA.
A clearer picture of your security.
When you rely on email, computers, online accounts and important files, it can be difficult to know whether the basics are covered. A Cyber Security Check-Up gives you a structured way to find out.
Josh visits your home or business and uses a purpose-built assessment toolkit to review the areas we agree on. We document what we can check, identify potential weaknesses and explain the findings in everyday language.
What could we check?
The review is tailored to your environment. These are possible areas, rather than a promise that every item is included in every visit.
- Windows security settings, updates and device protection.
- Account sign-in protection, password habits and two-factor authentication.
- Email and supported cloud service settings, including relevant Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace accounts.
- Home or business Wi-Fi and accessible router settings.
- Backups, recovery arrangements and an agreed file-recovery test.
- Common scam exposure and practical security habits.
Your report. Your next steps.
Where your package includes reporting, you receive a professional written report covering what we checked, what’s looking good, what needs attention and which actions should come first.
The value is clarity: recommendations you can understand and decisions you can make. A finding may call for a simple setting change, a review with your existing IT provider or separately agreed assistance.

A review, with clear boundaries.
This is a point-in-time assessment. It is not a formal certified audit, penetration test, security certification or ongoing monitoring service. It cannot guarantee that systems are completely secure or detect every threat.
Scope depends on your devices, access permissions, available information and the service agreed upon. We discuss limits and any changes before proceeding. You remain in control of your accounts and enter your own credentials.

01What is a Cyber Security Check-Up?
A practical onsite review of the security settings and habits relevant to your home or small business. We agree what to check, identify potential concerns and explain sensible next steps.
02Do I need technical knowledge?
No. We explain things in everyday language and make time for your questions. You do not need to know which settings or services to ask for.
03Can you help with just one problem?
Yes. You can ask about a specific concern, such as email protection, two-factor authentication or your backups. We can discuss a focused service.
04Is this suitable for small businesses?
Yes, including sole traders. We can review relevant devices, staff accounts, business email, backups and Wi-Fi, depending on the agreed scope and available access.
05Will I receive a report?
A professional written report is provided where your agreed assessment package includes reporting. We confirm the deliverables before work begins. The sample shows the style of information a report can contain.
06How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on what you would like reviewed and the size of your home or business setup. Get in touch, tell us a little about your situation, and we can discuss the options and provide a quote before any work begins.
07Which areas do you service?
CyberSafe SW is based in Bunbury and serves the South West of Western Australia. Tell us your location so we can confirm visit availability and any travel requirements.
08Will I need to purchase additional services?
Recommendations are explained so you can choose your next steps. Any additional work or third-party purchases are discussed separately; you are not committed to them by requesting a check-up.
